In respect of the MarketRent platform and the data processed on behalf of our clients (landlords, letting agents and property managers), we act as a data processor. Our clients are the data controllers for that data and are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis for its processing.

Onboarding is guided by the MarketRent team, and access is provided under an agreement entered into on sign-up. The Free Rent Indexation Tool is available publicly.
